Question by failingsanity22: Can Anyone recommend a prenatal pilates dvd?
Hi ladies I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a prental pilates dvd or even a pilates one that you could do while pregnant. I am 7 months pregnant. And if you needed anything for it, ball, mat ect? We have wood floors So I believe i would need a mat. And no anywhere you can get one thats not riddiculously expensive? Or if anyone is better then another? Thank you!

Pilates feels so good while you’re pregnant! I love the “10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates” DVD. It’s split up into 5 segments, 10 minutes each. So, you could do them all if you’re feeling brave, or you could just do a couple. The instructor is also very pregnant, which is nice. All you need is a mat(since your floors are wood), a pair of 2-3 lb weights(or water bottles), amd a couple pillows. You can find this DVD and others on amazon.com, thats where I got mine. The reviews they have are really helpful. Have fun!

Question by Miss J: What are “Pilates”? And, where should I start?
Have heard alot of people are doing this now. What is it??? Only know it’s some kind of exercise that I’ve heard is good for the mind and body. Does it take alot of energy?? I’m not in the best shape or health, right now
